SouthWing's factory in Zengcheng District, Guangzhou, leverages over 10,000 square meters of smart manufacturing space. Production of this batch followed a lean, synchronized workflow from BOM preparation, component sourcing, assembly scheduling, to QC inspections and final packaging.
Advanced techniques such as CNC precision machining, full lamination, automated calibration, and 24-hour aging tests were employed to guarantee product consistency and durability.
