01.Initiation from the Terminal
Patients or their families can initiate a call via the Bedside Intercom Unit next to the bed. When the call button is pressed, the signal is transmitted in real time to the Hospital LAN via the Ward Switch. The screen on the unit displays the patient's basic information and supports two-way voice communication with the nurse station.

02.Real-Time Signal Distribution & Response
The Hospital LAN acts as the system's nerve center, distributing the call signal to multiple nodes simultaneously:
Nurse Station Core Terminal: The Nurse Master Terminal immediately receives a pop-up alert with the bed number and an audio notification.
Ward Information Displays: The Waterproof Alarm Button by the door triggers the door light to flash, while the LCD Corridor Display Screen shows the calling bed number and location.
Mobile Receivers: The Wireless Watch Receiver ensures medical staff receive alerts anywhere in the hospital, eliminating response delays.

03.Information Linkage & Management
The system integrates deeply with the hospital's core management systems (HIS, EMR, etc.). When a call is answered, the Nurse Software automatically logs the call time, responding staff member, and resolution details. This data is synchronized to the Local Server for later service quality analysis and process optimization.

04.Extended Functions & Redundancy Design
The system supports extended functions such as Entrance Access Control and Electronic Door Locks, all managed through the same network.A Wireless Repeater ensures stable signal coverage in complex hospital environments, preventing response delays caused by signal dead zones.
