Dongcheng Huying Primary School in Dongguan was established in May 2015 with the approval of the Dongguan Education Bureau. It was originally established as a branch school of Dongguan Normal University Affiliated Primary School. On August 23, 2016, the Dongguan Education Bureau agreed to change the school name to Dongcheng Huying Primary School. It opened in September 2016.
